A Unique Approach to Offsite Facilitation

Niko combines her extensive training from IDEO in human-centered design and Harvard Business School in change management with her expertise in human transformation. This blend of skills allows her to craft offsite experiences that are more than just strategy sessions—they are moments of transformation. She creates environments where leaders are inspired to explore entirely new solutions, set audacious goals, and commit to bold, actionable plans.

Her facilitation style is rooted in the belief that offsites are an opportunity to take teams away from their norms and plunge them into moments of inspiration to enable them to access new levels of expansive thought that generate new ideas, clear strategies, and long-term impact.
